Our standard production time is 3 business days.

During holiday seasons (Mother's day, Valentine's, Christmas, etc.), production time can be 5-7 business days. 

If you would like us to send your order to production right away and have it ready to ship within 3 business day, please add this request to cart together with your order. 

Please also make sure to indicate the date you will need to receive your order by so we can guarantee the delivery time.

CANCELLATION:
• Cancellation or change request must be communicated within 12 hours of placing an order. Please email hello@casouls.com or reach out here. Once custom work has started, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN:
• All custom pieces are personalized and hand-crafted to order. Custom Orders are FINAL.
• Pre-made message items are returnable. Please reach out to us for authorization prior to return

• Exchange eligibility on custom pieces will be determined on a case by case basis. Usually we will have to re-work on the custom piece if there is a need for exchanging.
