Customization: 

• Option to engrave message in Morse code or alphanumerics. 
• Option to engrave on both sides.
• Character Limit:
• 10 per side (Morse code and alphabets)
• 20 per side (Coordinates)

CANCELLATION:
• Cancellation or change request must be communicated within 12 hours of placing an order. Please email hello@casouls.com or reach out here. Once custom work has started, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN:
• All custom pieces are personalized and hand-crafted to order. Custom Orders are FINAL.
